Nginx和Apache都无法成功启动.报错为
bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions查看端口占用,发现都是系统进程
禁用 IIS
禁用 sqlServer reporting
尤其注意这个,容易被忽略
